Observe each student individually during the class to then have a five minutes private meeting to give them feedback.
Being able to improvise in the middle of the class or adapting to students' necessities.
Being organized and communicative with the management team.
Conversational tutors should be informed on global issues to discuss them with students
What Management does:
Plan the lessons 2 to 4 weeks in advance by using the guidelines given .
Keep track of the development of the lessons and any possible problems that may surge between teachers and students.
Be organized, creative and communicative with the tutors assigned to ensure the lessons are student centered.
